Before you begin the application, review our Rental Criteria to make sure you meet the basic requirements to be approved as a resident at Windsor Apartments.
To gain access to the application, we will need some basic information from you to create a guest account on our online portal. Once we create your guest account, we will email you the link to your application. Every household member 18 years and older must have their own guest card and fill out an individual application. Let’s Begin.
Once you receive your guest card access via email, you will be able to fill out your application and submit all documentation online.
Within the application portal, you will need to submit your $30 application fee.

Once your completed application has been approved, you can submit your unit preference within the apartment complex.
When your preferred unit has been selected, you will need to set up your Rhino policy and e-sign your lease to lock in your unit.
